Pork belly is a boneless, fatty cut of meat from the underside of the pig near the loin. It's a mild taste tender meat, with a rich and unctuous flavour that comes from the layer of fat.

Our cuts of Pork Belly are very delicately flavoured and taste great simmered in barbecue sauce. You are going to love the way we roast them so that they are mighty juicy, rich from edge to edge, and deeply browned.
